Happy New Year! Well it's the beginning of a new year (a lil redundant i know) and it's time to resume The Workshop. So just a reminder we will be having class this Friday January 9th from 7-9 p.m. at RHYTHM Dance and Fitness Studios. I do hope to see you all there!
